I’m a counselling therapist and university teacher.

I’ve been successfully helping clients and students for over a decade to develop their full potential and foster mental well-being.

I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples cultivate stronger relationships, emotional resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Inspired by the strength of Indigenous, Black, and 2SLGBTQ+ people, I'm also committed to building inclusive communities that foster health and wellness.
